Exhibitor lead generation

LEAP 2026

· Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center - Malham · Saudi Arabia

LEAP is staged at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham by Tahaluf, the Informa and Events Investment Fund joint venture, alongside the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and SAFCSP. The organiser puts the footprint at 153,000 square metres. No stand team covers that.

Who exhibits

1,800+ global tech brands, with Google Cloud, Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, Qualcomm, IBM and Adobe named among exhibition partners for the fifth edition. Around 600 start-ups take space, and the co-located DeepFest adds 120+ dedicated AI exhibitors. Country pavilions in the World Tech Zone have included Canada, the USA, China, India, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Australia and Taiwan.

Who attends

The 2025 edition recorded 201,000+ attendees; the 2024 edition drew 215,000 from 177 countries. Tahaluf describes the audience as enterprise leaders, founders, engineers, investors, government officials and international delegations, with 1,900+ investors registered in 2025. At DeepFest, 35% of attendees are director level or above. On the ground that means Saudi public-sector CIOs and digital transformation directors, GCC enterprise CTOs, telco and banking procurement leads, and VC partners moving between the Investor and Founder Stage and the start-up aisles.

What our reps do on this floor

  • Work the aisles your own stand team never reaches, qualifying against your ICP instead of scanning badges
  • Cover the sector zones you actually sell into, from Gov Tech and Cyber to Fintech, Health Tech and Space Tech
  • Intercept delegation and investor traffic around the Tech Arena, Rocket Fuel Pitch Stage and World Tech Zone
  • Brief in Arabic and English, and hand back written qualification notes the same evening

Why this floor is hard to cover

General visitor hours run from noon to 9pm, so the whole buying day is compressed into an afternoon and evening peak. Twenty content tracks and more than a dozen stages pull the senior people you want out of the aisles for hours at a time. The venue sits outside the city, and the scale of the logistics tells you what that does to footfall: 22,500 parking spaces and 125 shuttle buses were laid on for the 2025 edition, producing arrival and departure surges no single stand can staff around. Extra trained bodies on the floor is the only way to buy back that coverage.

What Event BDR does at LEAP 2026

We put checked, trained sales reps inside the exhibition for you. They cover the halls your own stand team cannot reach, check each visitor against the list you gave us, and either bring the right people to your stand or hand you a written record of who they were and what they are buying.

  • Reps are interviewed and approved before they are bookable. There is no open signup.
  • You tell them about your product and who you want to meet before the doors open.
  • Leads and meetings land in a live feed during the show, with a recap at the end of each day.
  • You pay for results: leads and meetings delivered, not hours spent standing at a stand.

LEAP 2026 exhibitor questions

When can we get into the hall to build our stand, and what are the access hours?

Build-up runs for the twelve days immediately before opening day, and the halls are open to exhibitors and their contractors from 08:00 to 22:00 throughout that period. The same build window and access hours apply to Hall 1, Hall 2, Hall 3 and the Hall 1A/4/5 group.

How much earlier than visitors can our stand team get onto the floor each day?

Exhibitors get earlier hall access than visitors, from 09:00 to 21:30 daily, which is the window for stand preparation before doors open and for tidying after close. Visitors are on the floor from 12:00 to 21:00 each day, so you have three clear hours in the morning and thirty minutes at the end.

How do we register our stand staff for exhibitor badges, and can we change names later?

The main stand holder registers staff through the Customer Centre under Exhibitor Badges Registration, either one person at a time or by uploading the Excel template for several at once. Each person is invited by unique work email and completes their own registration form. Badges can be cancelled and reallocated as required, so names are not locked in at the point of registration.

How does lead capture work on the stand, and how do we get the data out afterwards?

Leads are scanned in the event app, reading the QR code on a printed badge or in the visitor's app; the contact lands in both the scanner's list and the team's shared list, where it can be scored 1 to 5 and tagged with notes. Only staff the main stand holder has registered can scan. The Exhibitor Center then lets you download an Excel of everyone your team interacted with, along with stand statistics.

What do we need to complete on our online exhibitor profile before the show?

Your company profile in the Exhibitor Center acts as your online stand, so fill in every editable field and add projects with names, descriptions and images. You can also attach product catalogues and press releases as PDF, DOC, PPT, PNG or JPG. Team members added to the profile share one inbox for the whole organisation and can book meetings with other exhibitors.
