Exhibitor lead generation
World Health Expo
World Health Expo takes place at Dubai World Trade Centre from 25 to 28 January 2027. Organised by Informa Markets, it is the Dubai trade event of the WHX network and the anchor of World Healthcare Week, when World Health Expo, WHX Tech and WHX Leaders run together across two venues in the city. For a company selling healthcare products, services or medical devices, that means four days with buyers from more than 195 countries in one place. It also means a short window to turn stand visits into booked meetings. An Event BDR puts a trained rep on this floor whose only job is to do that.
Who exhibits and who attends
World Health Expo is built around healthcare and medical devices. Across World Healthcare Week, the organiser reports more than 4,500 exhibitors and more than 243,000 healthcare professionals from over 195 countries.
The WHX network's own coverage spans healthcare management, medical laboratory, radiology and imaging AI. The people it quotes from past editions include a radiology manager from a Nigerian healthcare group, the global CEO of a healthcare company who reported closing numerous deals at the event, and independent healthcare consultants. Many visitors also attend the accredited conferences, which earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) points, so clinicians and managers move between sessions and the exhibition floor.
What representation at this event looks like
An Event BDR works World Health Expo as an extension of your sales team:
- Before the event: reaches out to your target accounts and books meetings at your stand across 25 to 28 January.
- On the floor: stops and engages visitors, qualifies them against your criteria and captures each lead with notes on need, role and timing.
- Every day: covers your stand for all four days, so the first morning and the final afternoon get the same attention.
- Handover: passes qualified leads to your team so follow-up starts while the conversation is fresh.
Why covering this floor is hard
World Health Expo is four days long, and World Healthcare Week puts thousands of exhibitors in front of the same buyers. Your stand competes for attention with every other stand in your category.
Visitor time is split. Delegates leave the floor for CME conferences, and the week also runs WHX Tech from 26 to 28 January and WHX Leaders on 26 January, across two venues. A buyer who walks past your stand once may not come back.
There is no shortcut through a contact list. The organiser states it never sells or provides attendee personal data and that any third party claiming to sell attendee information should be treated as fraudulent. Meetings at this event are earned through outreach and conversations on the floor, which is the work an Event BDR does.

What Event BDR does at World Health Expo
We put checked, trained sales reps inside the exhibition for you. They cover the halls your own stand team cannot reach, check each visitor against the list you gave us, and either bring the right people to your stand or hand you a written record of who they were and what they are buying.
- Reps are interviewed and approved before they are bookable. There is no open signup.
- You tell them about your product and who you want to meet before the doors open.
- Leads and meetings land in a live feed during the event, with a recap at the end of each day.
- You pay for results: leads and meetings delivered, not hours spent standing at a stand.
World Health Expo exhibitor questions
When and where is World Health Expo 2027?
World Health Expo runs from 25 to 28 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre in the United Arab Emirates.
How many days would a rep cover our stand?
The exhibition runs for four days, 25 to 28 January 2027. An Event BDR can cover your stand on every one of them, so you are not left short-staffed on quieter days or the final afternoon.
How does World Health Expo relate to WHX Tech and WHX Leaders?
All three form World Healthcare Week in Dubai, held across two venues. World Health Expo runs 25 to 28 January 2027, WHX Tech Dubai runs 26 to 28 January, and WHX Leaders Dubai is on 26 January. Visitors may split their time between them, which is one reason booking meetings in advance matters.
Can we buy the World Health Expo attendee list?
No. The organiser states that WHX never sells or provides attendee personal data, including email, phone or address, to third parties. It says anyone claiming to sell attendee information should be treated as fraudulent and reported. Leads at this event come from outreach and conversations on the floor.
Where do we find stand build rules, badge collection and build-up timings?
These are set by the organiser, Informa Markets, in its exhibitor information. They are not in the published material used for this page. Contact the organiser at worldhealthexpo@informa.com or +44 (0) 20 8052 0400 for the current exhibitor manual.
How international are the visitors?
The organiser reports that World Healthcare Week brings together healthcare professionals and exhibitors from over 195 countries. It does not publish a breakdown by language, so brief your rep on the markets and regions you most want to reach.
Do visitors attend conferences as well as the exhibition?
Yes. WHX runs accredited conferences where attendees earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) points. Clinicians and managers often move between sessions and the floor, so having your stand covered throughout the day helps you catch them when they come through.
