Event BDR's clients exhibit and attend events in cities where they have no supplier relationships. When a client needs something on the ground, whether that is stand build, print, catering, cleaning, AV or staff, we arrange it through local suppliers we have already checked. This page is how a supplier joins that list.
What being listed means

The mechanism
How it works once you are listed
Six steps, and the middle two are the ones worth reading: what a request contains, and who you are actually dealing with.
1. Apply and 2. We verify
Company details, categories and coverage on the form below. We check the trade licence, registration and tax details, and take a reference where we can get one.
3. You are listed
Against the cities and event types you cover, in the categories you picked. Nothing is published publicly: the list is ours to source from.
4. You receive requests
When a client needs your category at an event you cover. Each request comes with a scope, a quantity and a deadline, so you are quoting against something real.
5. You quote and deliver
You deal with us, not with the end client's procurement. One point of contact, one set of deadlines, one invoice.
6. You get paid
On the agreed terms, once delivery is confirmed. Bank details are taken after approval, over a channel that is not a public web form.

What we need, and what we expect
What we need from you. Legal entity name and trading name. Trade licence or registration number and its expiry. Tax registration. The cities you cover and whether you travel. Your categories, with a sense of scale: what a typical job looks like and the largest you have handled. A contact who answers during build-up, which is usually nights and weekends.
What we expect. Quote against the scope you were given. Hold the price you quoted. Turn up when build-up says, not when it suits. Tell us early when something will be late, because a client standing on an empty stand the morning the doors open is the one outcome nothing recovers from.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a fee to join?
No. There is no joining fee, no listing fee and no subscription. We make our money from the client, not from the suppliers we source for them.
Do you guarantee work?
No. Being listed means you are contacted when a client needs your category at an event you cover. How often that happens depends on your category and your city, and we will not pretend to know it in advance.
Who is the client?
Your contract is with Event BDR. We deal with the end client, their procurement and their deadlines. You quote to us, you invoice us, and we pay you on the agreed terms.
Which cities do you cover?
Wherever our clients have events, which changes with the calendar. Tell us what you cover and we will match it rather than the other way round.
How quickly do you need quotes?
Usually fast. Event timelines do not move, and a request that arrives during build-up needs an answer the same day. That is the main thing being listed asks of you.
