Exhibitor lead generation
GITEX Global
GITEX Global exhibitor representation
GITEX Global takes place 8 - 11 December 2026 at Expo City Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The show covers technology, AI, cybersecurity, fintech, Web3, cloud infrastructure, IoT, enterprise software, smart cities, and consumer tech. Exhibitors face four full days of footfall across multiple halls, and a trained rep ensures every qualified visitor becomes a booked meeting.
Who exhibits and who attends
The floor hosts technology vendors, AI platforms, cybersecurity firms, fintech and payments providers, blockchain and Web3 companies, cloud and data-centre operators, IoT hardware and telecom suppliers, enterprise software houses, smart-city solution providers, and consumer electronics brands. Attendees include CTOs, IT directors, procurement managers, venture investors, systems integrators, government digital-transformation leads, and enterprise buyers from across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
What representation at GITEX Global looks like
An Event BDR stands on your booth throughout the show. They greet visitors, ask qualifying questions tied to your ideal customer profile, capture contact details and requirements, and book follow-up meetings in your calendar. Between conversations they log notes into your CRM or a shared sheet, so your sales team inherits clean, contextual leads. The rep covers the stand across all four days, freeing your technical and commercial staff to run demos and close conversations that matter.
Why covering this floor is hard
GITEX Global sprawls across Expo City Dubai's exhibition halls. Four consecutive days mean sustained presence without gaps. The floor draws tens of thousands of visitors speaking English, Arabic, and a range of Asian and European languages. Competing stands in overlapping categories - cybersecurity next to fintech, AI beside IoT - mean differentiation happens in the first ten seconds of a conversation. A rep trained to qualify fast and book accurately turns that volume into pipeline.
How to get started
Tell us your stand number, your ideal buyer profile, and how many meetings you want booked. We match you with a rep who knows the technology floor, brief them on your solution, and they arrive ready for build-up. You pay a daily rate; the rep works your stand and your stand only.

What Event BDR does at GITEX Global
We put checked, trained sales reps inside the exhibition for you. They cover the halls your own stand team cannot reach, check each visitor against the list you gave us, and either bring the right people to your stand or hand you a written record of who they were and what they are buying.
- Reps are interviewed and approved before they are bookable. There is no open signup.
- You tell them about your product and who you want to meet before the doors open.
- Leads and meetings land in a live feed during the show, with a recap at the end of each day.
- You pay for results: leads and meetings delivered, not hours spent standing at a stand.
GITEX Global exhibitor questions
When do the exhibition halls open each day at GITEX Global?
GITEX Global runs 8 - 11 December 2026. Typical show hours at Expo City Dubai are 10:00 to 18:00, though exact timings are confirmed by the organiser closer to the event. Your rep will cover the full published floor hours each day.
How many staff do I need on a stand at GITEX Global?
A small stand (under 20 square metres) usually needs two people to avoid gaps. Larger stands or those running live demos benefit from three or more. An Event BDR handles initial qualification and meeting booking, so your technical or sales staff can focus on deeper conversations.
What languages should a rep speak on the GITEX Global floor?
English is the primary business language. Arabic is valuable for regional government and enterprise buyers. Depending on your target market, Hindi, Mandarin, French, or German may help, but most international attendees conduct business in English.
When can I access my stand for build-up at Expo City Dubai?
Build-up typically begins two to three days before the show opens. The organiser issues a detailed exhibitor manual with exact move-in dates, vehicle access times, and contractor rules. Your rep does not need access during build-up unless you want them briefed on-site.
What happens to leads captured during the four days?
Your Event BDR logs every qualified conversation into your CRM, a shared spreadsheet, or the lead-capture app you provide. At the end of each day you receive a summary. Meetings are booked directly into your calendar, with notes on the buyer's requirements and timeline.
Can one rep cover all four days of GITEX Global?
Yes. Event BDR reps are trained to work consecutive show days. If you prefer to rotate staff or need coverage across multiple stands, tell us during booking and we will arrange accordingly.
Do I need to provide a badge for the rep?
Exhibitors receive a set number of staff badges based on stand size. You allocate one to your Event BDR. If you have used your allocation, you can usually purchase an additional exhibitor pass through the organiser's portal.
What if my stand is in a specific hall focused on one technology?
GITEX Global groups exhibitors by theme - cybersecurity, fintech, AI, and so on - across different halls. Tell us your hall and sector when you book. We brief your rep on the buyer profile and competitive landscape typical of that zone.
How does breakdown work at the end of the show?
The exhibition closes on 11 December. Breakdown usually begins immediately after floor close and continues the following day. The organiser's manual specifies when you must vacate. Your rep's engagement ends when the floor closes; they do not assist with stand dismantle unless separately arranged.
