Ten industries, one badge

The second edition of Saudi Industrial Expo is run by dmg events and is deliberately broad. The organiser builds it on four core verticals, aluminium, rubber, machinery, and wire and coiling, then layers on materials and components, MRO, safety systems, digitalisation and enterprise solutions. Over 250 local and international exhibitors are expected, with more than 50 exhibiting countries represented. If you sell fire and safety systems, coatings, lighting and electrical or mining equipment, your buyer is somewhere in that mix, but the floor is not sorted for your convenience.

The people worth finding

dmg events describes the audience as procurement directors, plant managers, engineering leads and operations heads with active purchasing mandates, buying for aerospace, automotive, construction and general manufacturing. That is two buying behaviours in one crowd. Some are scoping a plant expansion years out and want drawings and references. Others need a replacement line signed this quarter and want lead times. Both walk your aisle at the same speed and neither announces which they are.

Why the crossover makes it harder

The show runs alongside Saudi Wood Expo at the same venue, and dmg events projects 35,000-plus attendees across the co-located events. Good for reach, awkward for targeting: a furniture manufacturer who registered for the wood hall may be your strongest industrial prospect and will never reach your stand unless somebody goes and brings them. Trading runs 4pm to 10pm, so the buying day is short and back-loaded, and with 50-plus countries exhibiting a large share of conversations start in a second language.

What an Event BDR rep does here

  • Works both halls, treating the wood-side crowd as a target list rather than someone else's audience.
  • Qualifies on the plant, not the job title: what is being built or maintained, who signs, when budget lands.
  • Splits capital projects from MRO reorders before either reaches your technical staff.
  • Runs the aisles in Arabic and English and hands over a written record for each conversation.
  • Chases the accounts you named before the show, rather than whoever drifts past the stand.

What Event BDR does at Saudi Industrial Expo 2026

We put checked, trained sales reps inside the exhibition for you. They cover the halls your own stand team cannot reach, check each visitor against the list you gave us, and either bring the right people to your stand or hand you a written record of who they were and what they are buying.

  • Reps are interviewed and approved before they are bookable. There is no open signup.
  • You tell them about your product and who you want to meet before the doors open.
  • Leads and meetings land in a live feed during the show, with a recap at the end of each day.
  • You pay for results: leads and meetings delivered, not hours spent standing at a stand.

Saudi Industrial Expo 2026 exhibitor questions

What are the daily opening hours, and what does that mean for stand staffing shifts?

The show is open from 16:00 to 22:00 daily, so the floor is live for six hours a day rather than a full working day. That makes a single long evening shift the natural pattern for stand cover, with any changeover handled inside those hours.

How do our stand staff get to and from the venue each day?

The venue states that public transport is not available at present, although shuttle services can be arranged through the organiser. Otherwise access is by private car, taxi, or ride-hailing apps, with car rental available from the airport terminals. Because there is no rail or bus link, every shift change has to be planned around road transport and traffic.

Is there enough parking for our team, and is it free?

The venue's FAQ states there are more than 5,500 free parking spaces, including accessible bays close to the entry points, plus additional parking that brings the total to more than 7,500. Valet parking is not standard; the venue provides it only at the organiser's request.

How big are the exhibition halls, and what clear height and rigging capacity do we have to work with?

The venue's capacity chart lists four ground-floor halls of 9,350, 9,250, 10,400 and 9,350 square metres, totalling 39,350 with all four combined. Every hall has a 10 m clear height and trusses rated at 3.5 tonnes each. Halls can be joined in pairs to give spans of 18,600 to 19,750 square metres.

Which product sectors does the show cover, and what runs alongside it?

The organiser lists eleven exhibit categories: machinery and automation; additive and advanced manufacturing; smart factory tech and robotics; tools and workholding systems; machine components and accessories; safety, health and industrial protection; rubber, wire and cabling; measuring, testing and quality control; MRO; industrial materials and chemicals excluding plastic; and support systems and industrial infrastructure. The show is co-located with Saudi Wood Expo.

Do the customers we invite have to pay to get in, and are there entry restrictions?

Admission is free for trade and industry professionals, and the organiser runs a free online registration portal your customers can use in advance. The organiser also states that visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
