Exhibitor lead generation
INDEX Saudi Arabia
The buyer mix on an INDEX floor
INDEX Saudi Arabia is dmg events' interiors and fit-out show, and the organiser calls it the longest-running interiors event in the Middle East. The 2025 edition ran 400-plus exhibitors from 33 countries with 15 international pavilions, including France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Brazil, South Africa, India, Turkey, China, Belgium, Malaysia, Greece and Morocco. Exhibiting names ranged from Kohler, Geberit and Villeroy and Boch to Saudi manufacturers such as Guthmi and Kooheji Furniture Factory.
Product categories run to eleven: furniture, outdoor furniture, kitchen and bathroom, surfaces and flooring, accessories and homeware, interior fit-out services, home and contract textiles, lighting, home automation, architectural hardware and building materials.
The people you need are specifiers and buyers rather than end consumers. dmg lists interior designers, architects, engineers, fit-out contractors, FF&E procurement, distributors and retailers, hotel owners and operators, restaurant owners and managers, commercial real estate, and government and municipality representatives. Entry is trade-only and under-18s are refused at the halls, so almost every badge in front of you is worth qualifying.
Why one stand under-reads this show
Two structural problems. First, scale against time: 16,800-plus visitors passed through the 2025 edition in three days, and the next edition moves to the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center alongside the Hotel and Hospitality Expo, so the same badge now covers two shows. Second, the programme scatters people. INDEX Design Talks fielded 80-plus speakers over three days, with Trend Tours walking curated groups past selected stands. A designer on a Trend Tour is not in your aisle.
The buying decision is also split. A hotel FF&E package is signed off by a procurement lead, a designer and a contractor who rarely arrive together, and often not on the same day.
What our reps do in those aisles
We put trained, briefed reps into the halls you have not booked. They work pavilions and aisles in Arabic and English, ask the qualifying questions you would ask, separate the specifier from the browser, and either walk the right person to your stand or hand you a written record of who they were, what project they are sourcing for, and what stage it is at.

What Event BDR does at INDEX Saudi Arabia
We put checked, trained sales reps inside the exhibition for you. They cover the halls your own stand team cannot reach, check each visitor against the list you gave us, and either bring the right people to your stand or hand you a written record of who they were and what they are buying.
- Reps are interviewed and approved before they are bookable. There is no open signup.
- You tell them about your product and who you want to meet before the doors open.
- Leads and meetings land in a live feed during the show, with a recap at the end of each day.
- You pay for results: leads and meetings delivered, not hours spent standing at a stand.
INDEX Saudi Arabia exhibitor questions
Which product sectors can we exhibit under?
The organiser splits the show into eleven product sectors: furniture; outdoor furniture and design; kitchen and bathroom; surface and flooring; accessories, decor and homeware; interior fit-out services; home and contract textile; lighting; home automation; architectural hardware; and building materials. Each sector has its own page setting out the sub-categories it covers, so you can check where your range sits before you book. Hall-by-hall zoning is not published in advance.
What other shows run alongside it, and does that change who sees our stand?
The interiors show is co-located with the Hotel & Hospitality Expo and with LIGHTSPACE, the lighting design and technology expo, which the organiser presents as coming together under one roof. LIGHTSPACE covers decorative lighting, controls and components, intelligent lighting, exterior and interior lighting, infrastructure and lighting for the public realm, and switches and accessories.
Who actually walks the floor, so we know how to staff the stand?
The organiser profiles the visitor base as interior designers, architects, FF&E procurement specialists, hotel owners and operators, distributors and retailers, engineers, fit-out contractors, restaurant owners and managers, commercial real estate professionals, and government and municipality representatives. It is a specification and sourcing audience rather than a consumer one, so staff who can talk through project requirements are the better fit.
How large is the show, and do the major project owners actually attend?
The organiser reported more than 16,800 visitors at the most recent edition, with over 400 exhibitors from 33 countries and 15 national pavilions. It named attending buyers from Diriyah Gate Development Authority, King Abdullah Financial District and Rua Al Madinah, alongside architects, engineers, consultants, developers and project leaders working on giga-projects.
Is there a programme to help us find distribution partners?
Yes. The organiser runs a Distributors Club, which it describes as fast-tracking partnerships between international exhibitors and distributors based in the Kingdom, giving those distributors a route to meet international brands entering or growing their presence. Participation is by application through the form on the Distributors Club page.
Are there restrictions on who we can bring onto the stand?
Yes. The organiser states the event is for trade professionals only, and that individuals below the age of 18 are strictly not allowed to enter the exhibition halls. Plan your stand staffing and any guests you invite around both rules.
