Who is actually on this floor

dmg events runs the Hotel and Hospitality Expo at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center across seven product sectors: operating supplies and equipment, hospitality interiors, HORECA and food services, cleaning and hygiene, hospitality technology, hotel services, and wellness. The 2025 edition drew exhibitors from 26 countries, Turkiye, China, India and Italy among them, with RAK Porcelain, Technogym International, Sealy and Egyptian Porcelain taking space.

The badge list is procurement-heavy. dmg names hotel developers and owners, general managers, project owners, procurement companies, F&B professionals, chefs, restaurant and cafe owners, housekeeping managers, fit-out contractors, interior designers, facility managers, IT and engineering staff, and gym and spa operators. The organiser's own sector pages put 63% of visitors at the show to see newly launched products, which means most of them are walking the aisles rather than sitting in booked meetings.

Why the hall is hard to cover

dmg sold out all four RICEC halls for the 2025 edition, and the next one co-locates with INDEX Saudi Arabia, adding an interiors and FF&E crowd to the hospitality one. Trading hours are the real constraint: 4pm to 10pm daily, three days. That is eighteen hours of floor time in total, and much of it is pulled away from the aisles by the Hospitality Leaders Summit, the awards evening, CoffeeZone, SaudiHost and the barista championship. Buyers arrive after their operational day, in bursts, and they do not walk every hall.

What an Event BDR rep does here

Our reps are briefed on your OS&E, kitchen, technology or wellness range before doors open, then work the halls you are not in. They open conversations with hotel GMs, procurement heads and F&B directors in Arabic or English, qualify against your criteria on the spot, and either bring the buyer to your stand while they are still in the building or log a named, ranked contact with the project they are buying for.

That is coverage of the whole exhibition during a short evening window, rather than waiting on the traffic that happens to reach your frontage.

What Event BDR does at Hotel & Hospitality Expo Saudi Arabia

We put checked, trained sales reps inside the exhibition for you. They cover the halls your own stand team cannot reach, check each visitor against the list you gave us, and either bring the right people to your stand or hand you a written record of who they were and what they are buying.

  • Reps are interviewed and approved before they are bookable. There is no open signup.
  • You tell them about your product and who you want to meet before the doors open.
  • Leads and meetings land in a live feed during the show, with a recap at the end of each day.
  • You pay for results: leads and meetings delivered, not hours spent standing at a stand.

Hotel & Hospitality Expo Saudi Arabia exhibitor questions

Which product categories does the show cover, and how large is the buying audience?

The organiser groups the exhibition into seven categories: operating supplies and equipment; hospitality interiors; HORECA, food and beverage and food services; cleaning and hygiene; hospitality technology; hotel services; and wellness, covering gyms, recreation, spa and sports. It markets the show as an opportunity to meet more than 8,000 active buyers sourcing for giga-projects.

What kind of buyers will actually walk our stand?

The organiser lists the attending buyers as hotel owners and operators, general managers, procurement heads, food and beverage directors, chefs, restaurant and cafe owners, and housekeeping managers. The sourcing remit it describes spans hotel supplies and amenities, food and beverage equipment, housekeeping, guest experience solutions and hospitality technology.

Does the show run alongside any other exhibition?

Yes. The organiser states this show and INDEX Saudi Arabia come together under one roof as a unified platform for the hospitality and interiors industries, and SaudiHost is listed as running co-located. The organiser does not publish whether a single badge admits its holder to every co-located floor, so confirm that before planning cross-show coverage.

What hours is the show floor open, and is there an age restriction on entering the halls?

The organiser publishes show floor hours of 16:00 to 22:00 daily, so plan stand staffing around an evening pattern rather than a standard working day. The event is for trade professionals only, and the organiser states that individuals below the age of 18 are strictly not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.

Does the organiser appoint stand-build contractors, or do we source our own?

The organiser states it works with preferred suppliers who are familiar with the venue and event requirements, and advises exhibitors to plan ahead and work with trusted partners from its network of contractors and service providers. Detailed stand-build regulations are not published on the public site and are requested from the organiser's operations team.

Is there a dedicated area for coffee brands and equipment?

Yes. CoffeeZone is the newest addition to the show, covering coffee beans and specialty blends, roasting and grinding equipment, brewing and espresso technology, flavours, syrups and dairy alternatives, accessories and barista tools, cafe design and furniture, and ready-to-drink coffee. The Saudi Arabia Barista Championship, sanctioned by World Coffee Events, takes place within it.
