Exhibitor lead generation

Crypto Expo Dubai 2026

· Dubai World Trade Center · United Arab Emirates

This is the HQMENA-organised digital assets show at Dubai World Trade Centre, listed by DWTC in Sheikh Saeed Hall 3 and open to trade visitors only. It is not TOKEN2049 Dubai, which runs at Madinat Jumeirah, and not the Forex Expo, which the same organiser stages separately across DWTC Halls 1 to 6.

Who exhibits

The organiser splits the 100+ exhibitors at the eighth edition into six groups: institutional investors, asset managers and family offices; licensed digital asset companies and regulated platforms; exchanges, brokers and trading platforms; custody, wallet, blockchain and infrastructure providers; fintech, payments, compliance and licensing service providers; and Web3 founders, enterprises, regulators and strategic investors.

Who attends

7,000+ attendees from 40+ countries. The organiser names institutional investors, exchange executives, fintech leaders, Web3 entrepreneurs, traders and compliance professionals. The speaker roster is the clearest signal of who is in the room: VARA, the FSRA at ADGM and Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority on the regulatory side; BlackRock, Binance, Ripple, Circle, Solana Foundation, KuCoin, Bybit and TRON DAO on the commercial side. Licensing, custody and market entry into the UAE and Saudi Arabia are the conversations people fly in for.

What our reps do here

  • Sort institutional and licensed-entity buyers from the retail trading crowd before they reach your stand
  • Work the aisles and networking zones during the hours your team is stuck in stand meetings
  • Approach named target accounts from the exhibitor and speaker lists rather than waiting for them to walk past
  • Record the compliance and jurisdiction detail that decides whether a crypto lead is workable at all

Why this floor is hard to cover

The show gives you two days, 10:00 to 18:00 each: twenty selling hours, full stop. Against that, 140+ speakers run a conference programme that empties the aisles in waves, and the people worth meeting spend a good share of their time in sessions or in pre-arranged meetings elsewhere in the building. It is a single-hall show, so everyone walks past everyone, and the constraint is not capture but qualification. Distinguishing a regulated institutional buyer from a passing retail trader takes a trained conversation, not a badge scan, and it takes more of them than one stand rota can deliver in twenty hours.

What Event BDR does at Crypto Expo Dubai 2026

We put checked, trained sales reps inside the exhibition for you. They cover the halls your own stand team cannot reach, check each visitor against the list you gave us, and either bring the right people to your stand or hand you a written record of who they were and what they are buying.

  • Reps are interviewed and approved before they are bookable. There is no open signup.
  • You tell them about your product and who you want to meet before the doors open.
  • Leads and meetings land in a live feed during the show, with a recap at the end of each day.
  • You pay for results: leads and meetings delivered, not hours spent standing at a stand.

Crypto Expo Dubai 2026 exhibitor questions

What hours is the exhibition floor open, and when can our team collect passes on site?

The show floor runs 10:00 to 18:00 on both show days. Passes are collected at the venue between 10:00 and 17:30 on both days. To collect, each person needs the unique bar-coded ticket emailed once their registration has been approved and completed, plus a government-issued photo ID.

Can our stand staff share one pass and swap it between shifts?

No. All passes are named and cannot be transferred to another person, so every member of your stand team needs their own registration. Collection requires that individual's own bar-coded ticket together with a government-issued photo ID, and registration is limited to those aged 18 or over.

What ceiling height, floor loading and rigging capacity does our hall have?

The hall listed for this show measures 72 m by 48 m with a 10 m ceiling height and a gross area of 3,649 square metres. The published figures for that hall group are a maximum floor load of 5,000 kg per square metre and a rigging capacity of 300 kg over a 6 m span. Note that 10 m is the hall's clear ceiling height and not an approved stand build height — confirm your build height with the organiser.

Can we rig a banner or lighting rig above our stand, and can our own crew do it?

Not your own crew. The venue's experiential agency is the sole provider of all top and primary rigging, using certified teams and rated, approved hardware. Your stand contractor is always your first point of contact to arrange rigging, and any stand rigging must follow the venue's health and safety standards.

How do we get power to the stand for screens and live demos?

Power is arranged through the venue's utilities team, which supplies 15- and 30-amp sockets, single- and three-phase distribution boards, ceiling cables and extension bars, as well as pipe, water and waste and compressed air. Your contractor works with that team to draw up a utilities service plan, and the venue advises raising your requirements as early as possible.
